Flat Price has their own drivers and I was able to get my car picked up the next day (a few hours before my flight). I was told to expect my car's arrival in 2 weeks which I was fine with, my husband sent his car by another company and his took two weeks to arrive. I got a call saying my car was ready for delivery after 4 days! Incredible I couldn't believe it! I had to confirm it was really my car and yup it was. I would definitely recommend them!! read less

Communication the whole time was fantastic. I was called, emailed, texed with options and updates throughout the whole experience. I couldn't have asked for a better shipping experience.

My drive Doston was fantastic. he called a day in advance, an hour before pick up then the same at the drop-off. Doston took tons of pictures before loading the car and documented every scratch, door ding and dirt on my car before loading it. Super impressed with the detail he took. No extra scratches or door dings when we go it in AZ!

When they couldn't get to my actual house to pick up the car (thank you tiny Brooklyn streets), they were very accommodating about the pickup time and paid for my Uber back to where I needed to go.

The car was delivered on time and in good condition, and I was called with a heads up the day before and a few hours before the car was dropped off at my address in LA.

All in all, it went very smoothly with very little stress.  

Choosing an auto transport company can be overwhelming, but I'm very glad that I went with this one! read less

What a great experience!  My girlfriend and I were both relocating across the country from NYC to San Jose, CA for work and we had a ton of stuff to do for the move.  I searched for a week before I found Flat Price Auto Shipping, and if it wasn't... read moreWhat a great experience!  My girlfriend and I were both relocating across the country from NYC to San Jose, CA for work and we had a ton of stuff to do for the move.  I searched for a week before I found Flat Price Auto Shipping, and if it wasn't for the helpful reviews from others on their horror stories using other shipping companies, I probably wouldn't have found them.  Since we were flying out I wanted my car to be out there when we landed since we wanted to look for apartments and get the lay of the land, and taking uber after uber would cost too much.  They gave me their 10 day guarantee and worked with me to give me a solid estimate of when my car would arrive, which originally was about 7 business days.  They allowed me to authorize my father to be there for pickup since I was unavailable.  They kept in contact with me via email about estimated delivery times and when I called about concerns my questions were always answered promptly.

My car actually got there early!  I was a little worried if there would be "hidden fees" since I was not there to pick it up but there were none.  In addition, they put my car in a secure lot right near the airport and gave me a contact number for when I was ready to pick it up.  And if that wasn't enough they even offered to reimburse me for an uber ride to go get it!  When I arrived I was in and out in 10 minutes!  Top notch company.  That is how you conduct business.  Use this place! read less

Though I knew about their ability and popularity, but those day I got the proof.
