The driver came on the second or third day of the three day window and I was able to call him to verify his arrival.

My car was loaded carefully and it was delivered from Illinois to NJ in 24 hours. I was impressed with the time table. And the driver kept in touch with the recipient on the NJ end to coordinate drop off. The drop off was quick and easy also.

I would recommend using this company if you need to transport your car. Plus you can stuff your trunk with items you want shipped. That was an immense help. read less

The driver, whose name I unfortunately didn't hear well, but something like "Uzi", was also really nice, and delivered the car in a tight time schedule, even delivering the car on Easter Sunday (of course he called ahead of time to ask if that was ok).  The car had been nicely loaded on the top level of the carrier, and was undamaged. read less

I was very apprehensive and after researching it I couldn't find any good reviews on the many companies available.  I then checked Yelp and Flat Price came up with good reviews.  I called Frank and he explained the whole process to me and quoted me a fair price that was guaranteed.  He worked with the scheduling to try to accomodate the short window of time I needed and he made it all come together smoothly.  He stayed in contact and was also always there for me to check in with him to asks where the car was at as I drove down to Florida.  Everything was great!  I must also mention that the driver who picked up and delivered the car was very nice young man and easy to deal with.  If you are looking to move your car, just call Flat Price and they will take very good care of you and the car.  Great job! read less

My main contact at the company was George, who seemed like a straight shooter and was easy to communicate with. There was a minor glitch with the pickup- the driver had trouble finding a spot where there was room for the truck/trailer- so I had to drive a bit farther than I'd have liked to deliver the car to him, but that wasn't a big deal, and the guy was so polite and easy to deal with, I can't complain. Also delivery in California was later in the evening than we'd planned, but considering traffic on the freeways, etc. out there, it was understandable. And the driver was able to negotiate a winding 2-lane road in a gated community right to our driveway, so I certainly had no complaints about that! The car arrived clean, without a scratch on it, and all-in-all my experience with Flat Price was excellent. read less

Nikki responded really quickly by email and called me a short time later.  He was very informative about the process and everything he told me happened exactly the way he said it would.  He was very reassuring that they would get the car here in 5-7 days.  He is an asset to the company.

The car was picked up on a Wednesday evening and arrived at my residence the following Monday afternoon.  It was in the same condition as when it left Illinois.

The driver, Julia, was also very courteous and gave me a quick lesson on how to drive a Prius.  He called me on Sunday and told me he would be at my house between noon and 4 pm.  He called me on Monday at 3 pm and said he would be there in around 45 minutes.  35 minutes later he arrived.

I would recommend this company to anyone who has moving needs. read less

I got excited when I figured out the price and gave them a chance. The guy have sent me an email with all insurances and you'll not believe in this : NEXT DAY I'm having a call from the driver ( he picked my car from the auction ).  4 days after I got my car and that was really fast.
